mBraining

Neuroscience has shown that we don’t just have one brain but three! Apart from the brain in our head, we have complex, adaptive and fully functional neural networks or “brains” in our heart and in our gut. That is in itself a fascinating fact but how can we actually use these discoveries?

That is the question that Marvin Oka and Grant Soosalu asked themselves and by combining the lastest research with their extensive experience in behavioural modelling, they created a powerful model for how the intelligence in all three of our brains can be accessed. Their book “mBraining – Using Your Multiple Brains To Do Cool Stuff” was published in 2012 and took the world by storm. mBIT stands for multiple Brain Integration Techniques and is a suite of practical tools and techniques for turning theory into practice. These techniques are taught through certification programs all over the world. Using mBraining in our daily lives allows us to find more calm, clarity and strength in our choices, both in life and at work.
